I found my answer to panic relief!

Wow! I am not sure how I found this website called Easy Calm but I did. These are video coaching sessions and you get to watch the first one FREE! I learned sooo much in the first video that I just had to stop and tell everyone about it! It is so good and the middle of a panic attack it STOPPED IT COLD IN IT’S TRACKS. I am not kidding! Here are some notes I took:
- Hiding the fact that you have anxiety or panic attacks makes anxiety worst! Always be honest and upfront about your anxiety and panic attacks to everyone.
- Panic attacks and anxiety are not necessarily medical conditions, it is brought on by YOU.
- It is easier to improve a good situation than to fix something bad.
- Accept yourself as you are right now. The way to make a positive change in your life is to start at a positive place. (If you are not there yet these videos will help you!)
- Make a GRATITUDE list EVERY DAY. (Doesn’t Opera do this?)
- Anxiety and Panic are based on our thinking, habits and Control Issues. If you have anxiety attacks you have control issues. I learned that about myself today! So simple yet so true when you think about it!
So to start my new “Therapy” here is my top 10 list for this moment of things I am grateful for:
- My cup of Campbells Tomato Soup that is still warm while I write this post
- That my apartment is quiet now. No dog barking, kenny is outside with friends. Just me and my keyboard.
- That my mom is home from the hospital.
- That Kenny got an EXCELLENT report card and was promoted to the 4th Grade!
- That I have a nice apartment and that my son has kids to play with.
- I am thankful for the Easy Calm Personal coaching sessions and that they are affordable!!
- I am Thankful that I have the Internet and thatI use it to work.
- I am Thankful that because I found this video series that after 3 days of straight anxiety attacks I am calmer than I can ever remember in years!
- I am thankful for my Garden tub and that I will be able to actually relax in it now that I am on my way to controlling my anxiety.
- I am thankful that God has given me everything that I need today.
I hope you all who suffer from panic attacks or anxiety will visit the site above and get help from it. Its affordable and you get a couple awesome freebies! It’s nice to breathe without my chest hurting. ![]()
