I did it!!

Wow! This AM I had to use the ATM so I could pay some bills. So I anticipated just doing the ATM thing and then coming home. I decided to go when I first woke up because I saw that when walking my dog it wasn’t hot at all, just humid as all hell. So I woke Kenny up and I got in the car and went to the ATM. I had mild anxiety at the ATM because a car drove up behind me while I was using the ATM, but that quickly went away. Then I decided to get Kenny and I breakfast at McDonalds Drive Thru. Drive Thrus are somewhat safe for me because I don’t feel like I can faint or something, it’s hard to explain. Then when I was pulling out of McDonalds I saw the Big A in teh parking lot. Albertsons, a grocery store. There were only a few cars there. I drove in the Albertsons parking lot and sat and looked at the door. I was watching people running in and out real quick, probably on the way to work. I sat there wishing it was that easy for me. Then I did it! Without eating anything before going in (Another fear of mine is if I don’t eat anything my blood sugar will drop and I will be sick, which is sometimes true, but today I was OK) I walked in the door of Albertsons and just looked at the end of the aisles. Then I realized, I needed some cleaning supplies and then I saw the spice aisle! I REALLY needed some spices! So $50 later I came out feeling GREAT! I did it! I made 3 stops and came home and didn’t even have a panic attack!!!
OK Now I need to go reheat my biscuit lol. I had to blog this while it was fresh in my mind!
