I've been poking around your blog for a while now. I can really relate to what you're saying in your posts. I'm agoraphobic with panic disorder, too.

I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your story. When you made it to the store, I was so happy for you.

By the way, I get really cold sometimes when I sleep. I need a lot of blankets handy even though I get hot easily, too.

Check this out Michelle. You are scared, not anxious! No kidding. If you feel your fear you become less afraid. For real.......I know, been teaching people 30+ years to relax.

There is a huge difference between real fear and anxiety. Gotta keep and face real fears.

When I get scared I get cold. Yelp. I noticed this 30 years ago. In addition, I start to hold my breath and go unconscious. This is the way emotional health works. To stay strong you have to ride the fear till you become stronger than it is.....like a wild bronco. Hold on and stay on.

So great you are letting go of your anxiety and facing your real fears. It is worth all the realities you have to face.
