Getting my business off the ground

Today after work I decided to work on getting my new business up and running some more. I am thinking of incorporating my Virtual Admin business so I been Googling different sites that offer Incorporation and reading about the pros and cons of incorporating and which corporation I should choose. It has been a bit overwhelming but there is a site I am considering using that makes the whole process easy to do. The site has a ton of information on all 50 states to incorporate in. I just pulled up a random state and looked at what it involved forming a Texas LLC. It breaks down the fees and the forms required. It is going to save me a lot of work and headache! It is still really cheap to file in my home state of Florida plus we don’t pay state income taxes so I guess that is a huge plus. I am really excited about starting this new business. I really enjoy the concierge business and helping people. I am hoping that things will continue to go as well as they have in this new business of mine. I really need the flexibility of owning my own business so that I can be here for my son and even just for me. If I have an “off day” I don’t have to be bound to strict schedules.Well off to do some more reading on this.
