Episode 63 Sex In The City!

As I itch away here I decided to take a break and watch the re-runs of Sex In The City. Episode #63. Carrie goes to look at wedding dresses and has a panic attack in the store. Then she shows the girls a huge rash on her stomach (Hives) from the stress. I miss the old standy favorites of my panic disorder such as shortness of breath, lump in throat, but hives suck big time! They are getting better but I noticed last nite I had a bad relapse of them but by morning they were settled down. I will just be glad when they go away for good! Its been almost 2 weeks now and I am going nuts!
I have been reading a lot about people who are going through stressful times getting hives and the general consensus is they last several weeks then go away as fast as they came.
On a different note I started Lucinda Bassetts program to help with my stress and anxiety. So far it is working well. I am doing the online version until I get my package in the mail. You can try the 1st week free online. She has a daily program with flash cards, exercises such as meditation and videos. There is also a great peer support group via chat and message boards.
I will post more when my skin stops crawling..Ugh!
