Daily planning does help with anxiety and depression

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas/Holiday. I spent the holiday mainly in bed fighting a bad cold. It’s too bad because I was hoping to accomplish a lot more since I had 4 days off.
I did a test on myself to see how much my daily planning has helped my anxiety. I have to say it has helped me 100% I experienced, anxiety, a few mild panic attacks, agitation, and loss of productivity. I had higher stress levels which I am sure is why I am fighting a cold now.
I will go back to using my day planner and am working on designing a personalized planner that will help people who suffer from anxiety disorders or anyone who needs help organizing their life for better productivity. I may even put the planners in a “beta testing” period to get some real feedback from individuals who are deverely impacted in their daily life from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar and the such. I will let you know when I will be looking for beta testers and focus group participants.
