Psychiatrist hunting..the good and the bad

Well I decided to hunt for a new Psychiatrist because my current one is a quack. He has lost medical records and can not give me a recipet so I can submit my $60 office visits to my Health savings Plan. So last year I made an appointment with a psychiatry office that is close to me, since Dr. X has moved offices like 4 times in the past year. It took me 4 months to get an appointment and at the time I made the appointment I had a medical plan and now it changed to a health savings account.
