Being in love helps anxiety and depression!

As many of you know, I started dating again after several years of not seeing anyone, no dates, nothing. Then I decided once my agoraphobia was gone that I wanted to enjoy my new found freedom and start dating again. That is when I met William. I know when we are together my symptoms of anxiety and depression often diminishes greatly. As any couple we have our occasional tiffs and disagreements but as long as two people want to truly make a relationship work then I believe they can overcome any obstacle.
It has been about 2 weeks since we have seen each other and I started looking at sites about romantic ideas for the next time we see each other. I have come up with a few really good ideas that I want to try. I will have to blog about it when I see him again
