PMS and anxiety

OK I guess I have to live with the fact that every month I will go through some anxiety. I am guessing it is hormonal and at least even though I do have anxiety I am able to leave my house.
I have been really encouraged to keep my blog going from my readers. I actually had people think I was going to end my blog because my anxiety is under control. I can say that I will not end this blog so rest assured. It gives me a huge sense of satisfaction knowing that I am able to help someone, even if in a tiny way. I may get busy with life or work and may not be writing as often, but rest assured I will be writing.
One thing I have heard alot of questions asked my way is if my anxiety has ever risen around that “time of month” and as I have posted before it does. Some months its worst than others. I find that if things all around in my life are good then my PMS is not as bad. When I am under a lot of stress then my PMS is worst.
If you are experiencing severe PMS then I strongly recommend a visit to your doctor asap! There are some great treatments out there both naturally and medication wise.
