Anxiety Sucks! - Learn how I control my anxiety and stress in life!

I remember a time when Kenny was just born at night I would sit in the living room either in pure silence or with some soft relaxing music on and turn on the lights on my Grandfather clock and watch the pendulum swing back and forth. It was a Grandfather clock that my son’s father brought back from Germany. It was so peaceful to watch. I often wonder why I can’t seem to find things now that are as calming as that clock was. I came across a clock website. It was a really beautiful clock! It had to have been about 8-9 feet tall, dark mahogany color with a door that opened up that was all glass mirrors inside. Its beauty was truly hypnotizing.

I found a really nice modern style Grandfather clock that I would love to have.  If I had this clock I would put it at the top of my stairs as I walk into my door in the dining room. It is at the central spot in my house and a wonderful place to show it off! The company that sells these clocks also has a blog that I was reading and an article on Spring cleaning caught my attention because that is what I am doing now trying to make my place the best it can be. If you are a Grandfather clock lover like me check out the new contemporary styles they have now. Grandfather clocks sure have come a long way.

I think I am going to use that imagery of me sitting when all is quiet watching the Grandfather clock during my quiet time meditations. It is calming to think and write about. What a great stress reliever!
