Working on a concierge type business plan

I am making great strides in restarting my home based business. I have been working on a concierge business plan and website for a while now in addition to other freelancing type jobs I do now. I came up with this business concept when I was severely agoraphobic and depended on others to help me just to get groceries or run errands for me. I did pay people to help me such as personal shoppers so I figured if I was alone and had no family and such to help me then surely there are others who could benefit from a concierge service.
I have been looking at SBA loans and other standard Small Business Loans. There are so many websites to sift through when trying to start or finance a business. It can be a little overwhelming. When looking for Small Business Loans you want just three things. It has to be easy to apply and hopefully be approved. They have to provide funds from your loan quickly and they have to have excellent customer service. How is the concierge business coming along for you? I also recently started my own concierge business and things are coming slowing. Although the economy might be somewhat of a bummer.
