Daily Ah and Om meditations to reduce stress and anxiety

I started doing my daily Ah morning meditations and my evening Om meditations and I have to say that I am seeing some positive manifesting in my life. I am able to acommplish more in my day, I am still stressed due to the big move but not as stressed. I have Kenny trying to do them and I have found he has a significant reduction of anxiety and hyperness.
I have to say that it really works! I am trying to find some videos that I can post that can better explain exactly what these meditations are about.
