Well I think moving and working a 60 hour week has finally taken its toll. Today I feel so “Off” I know I have been off my new diet regimen mainly because I want to eat the food I have in the house already. I also stopped eating organic meats and drinking organic milk and that change alone makes me feel drained, so now I am going to have to start the “detox” again and switch back to my organic foods. All these diet changes has made me feel run down and when I am feeling run down, that is prime time for my anxiety demons to come out. The last week or so I have not been drinking my 3-4 cups of green tea a day and I have noticed a tremendous increase in my stress levels and its not due to lack of caffeine either because I do drink my coffee in the morning. I can tell when my stress levels go up not only by the way I feel but my skin will itch and I will scratch until there are slight welts. So today I am revamping my daily schedule and trying to get myself back in order. Sometimes when we finally find relief for depression or anxiety it’s easy to slack off on what makes you feel better, whether it be taking your meds, your daily schedule etc. So my lunch break is over and I am returning to work with a hot cup of green tea J
