Prescription drugs or groceries..why choose?

I was at the grocery store today getting milk and walked by the pharmacy counter and there was a lady with her daughter there and was asking about the cost of some meds that the doctor prescribed for her daughter that day. I guess her daughter had an ear infection by the way the little girl with holding her ear. She was really upset over the cost of the meds and was literally yelling at the pharmacist if she should buy the prescription or buy food. Being a single mom I can totally relate to the cost of prescription drugs, groceries and gas, just to name a few! It is times like these I wish I was in the financial position to help someone in need because I have been there all too often!
I started looking online for ways to save money on everything I buy. I look for the cheapest rates for online prescriptions to see if I can save more online or at the stores. Many times you can save money by looking at an online pharmacy
