I created my first video after a panic attack I had recently. I will post my videos on here also but i wanted to share some videos from people suffer from anxiety and panic attacks also. Let me know what you think.

Everytime I have Yahoo up I look to see if you are on line. Since we havent talked for while, figured check out your blogs, see what you are up to. So nice to hear your voice again. It takes a lot of courage to record yourself while having an attack or right after one. I was also on your work at home site as might be joining you in the unemployment line soon. Things at you know where are not looking good. I will keep you up to date. LOL. Take care –Amy
